3. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, measurements, specifications and colors accurately.
However, colors and other visual characteristics may vary depending on the device, screen and display settings used.
Certain PROJECT GLAUS pieces may feature washed, distressed, dyed, printed, handmade, hand-finished or individually processed elements.
Variations in color, washing, distressing, texture, print placement, finishing or other characteristics may occur between individual pieces.
Such variations are part of the intended character of these products and do not constitute defects where they are consistent with the product description and intended design.
Product availability is not guaranteed.
PROJECT GLAUS may modify, discontinue, restrict or withdraw products at any time, subject to accepted orders and applicable law.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information before placing an order, including sizing, measurements, fit, materials, color, product status, shipping information and, where applicable, pre-order conditions.
Sizing recommendations are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee of fit.
Where garment measurements are provided, minor production tolerances may occur.
PROJECT GLAUS reserves the right to correct genuine errors, omissions or inaccuracies in product information.
5. PRICES
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Site.
PROJECT GLAUS may change prices at any time before an order is accepted.
A price displayed on the Site does not obligate PROJECT GLAUS to accept an order where the price is clearly or materially incorrect due to a typographical, technical, administrative or other obvious error.
Shipping costs are displayed separately where applicable.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and other destination-country fees are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. ORDER SUBMISSION & ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products.
An automated email acknowledging receipt of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a contract for the sale of goods is formed only when PROJECT GLAUS expressly accepts the order, including by issuing a dispatch confirmation or otherwise confirming fulfilment.
PROJECT GLAUS reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order before acceptance.
7. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDER
SPROJECT GLAUS may refuse, reduce, suspend or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
a product is unavailable;
payment cannot be successfully authorised or completed;
a pricing, stock, technical or product-information error has occurred;
fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected;
information supplied by the customer appears false or incomplete;
purchase limits have been circumvented;
automated purchasing or bots are suspected;
the order appears to be intended for unauthorised commercial resale;
a promotion has been abused;
shipping to the requested destination is unavailable, prohibited or commercially impracticable;
legal, regulatory, sanctions or compliance concerns arise;
or fulfilment has otherwise become impossible or unlawful.
If PROJECT GLAUS cancels an order after payment has been collected, amounts payable back to the customer will be refunded subject to applicable law and any legitimately non-refundable amounts.
8. PURCHASE LIMITS, RESELLERS & AUTOMATED ORDERS
PROJECT GLAUS may establish purchase limits for particular products, collections, releases or customers.
Orders reasonably believed to circumvent such limits may be cancelled.
PROJECT GLAUS may refuse orders reasonably suspected to be placed using automated purchasing systems, bots, fraudulent accounts, multiple identities or other methods intended to obtain an unfair advantage in limited releases.
PROJECT GLAUS may also refuse orders reasonably believed to be intended primarily for unauthorised commercial redistribution or resale before the order has been accepted.
9. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed or authorised before an order can be processed.
Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers.
PROJECT GLAUS does not necessarily receive or store full card numbers, payment credentials or other payment information processed directly by those providers.
Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies and security procedures.
PROJECT GLAUS may carry out reasonable fraud-prevention, identity, payment or transaction-verification checks where permitted by law.
An order may be delayed, refused or cancelled where payment cannot be verified.
10. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers are encouraged to contact CUSTOMER CARE before initiating a payment dispute so that any issue can be reviewed.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising any legitimate chargeback, payment-dispute or statutory right available under applicable law.
However, PROJECT GLAUS reserves the right to challenge fraudulent, abusive or materially false payment disputes and to provide relevant transaction, delivery and customer-communication records to payment providers, banks or competent authorities.
Accounts associated with confirmed fraud or abusive payment activity may be restricted from future purchases where permitted by law.
11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been accepted or entered processing, cancellation is not guaranteed.
PROJECT GLAUS may refuse a voluntary cancellation request where an order has entered production, been allocated, prepared, packed, dispatched or otherwise resulted in non-recoverable costs.
Cancellation requests must be submitted to CUSTOMER CARE as soon as possible.
No cancellation is effective until expressly confirmed by PROJECT GLAUS.
Nothing in this section restricts a cancellation or withdrawal right that applies mandatorily under applicable law.
12. PRE-ORDERS — FINAL SALE
Products identified as PRE-ORDER are offered before they are available for immediate dispatch and may be manufactured, ordered, reserved or allocated in reliance on confirmed customer demand.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot voluntarily be cancelled, modified, returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, measurements, sizing, estimated dispatch times and all other relevant information before placing a pre-order.
Estimated production and dispatch dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Production schedules may change due to manufacturing, materials, supply-chain, quality-control, logistics, customs, carrier or other circumstances.
A delay in production or dispatch does not automatically entitle the customer to cancellation, compensation or refund except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
The FINAL SALE condition does not exclude mandatory rights concerning products that are defective, materially not as described, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
13. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
PROJECT GLAUS provides international shipping to supported destinations.
Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated before purchase.
Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided where available after dispatch.
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.
PROJECT GLAUS does not guarantee carrier delivery dates.
Delivery may be affected by customs processing, local authorities, carrier operations, weather, strikes, border restrictions, security procedures and other events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate and deliverable shipping information.
PROJECT GLAUS is not responsible, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for losses, delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
14. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and taking reasonable action required to receive their order.
This may include communicating with the carrier, customs authority or local delivery provider and providing information required for customs clearance.
Failure to monitor a shipment or respond to reasonable delivery requirements may result in the parcel being returned or otherwise treated as undeliverable.
15. UNDELIVERABLE, UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Where a shipment is returned or cannot be delivered because of:
an incorrect or incomplete address;
customer refusal;
failure to collect the parcel;
failure to respond to the carrier;
failure to provide required customs information;
unpaid import duties, taxes or customs charges;
or another circumstance reasonably attributable to the recipient,
the original shipping charge will be non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
PROJECT GLAUS may deduct from any refund all reasonable and actually incurred:
return shipping costs;
carrier fees;
storage charges;
customs costs;
duties and taxes;
and other non-refundable costs resulting from the failed delivery,
to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Re-shipment is not automatic.
Where re-shipment is offered, PROJECT GLAUS may require payment of all additional shipping and related costs before dispatch.
16. DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority or carrier.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Where applicable, they are the recipient's responsibility.
PROJECT GLAUS does not determine or control such charges and cannot predict or guarantee their amount.
Customers are responsible for understanding the import requirements applicable to their destination.
Failure or refusal to pay customs charges does not by itself constitute cancellation of the order.
If a parcel is returned as a result, PROJECT GLAUS may deduct all permitted non-refundable shipping, carrier, customs and related costs from any refund.
17. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Except for FINAL SALE products and except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, PROJECT GLAUS voluntarily accepts eligible return requests submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must be:
unworn;
unwashed;
unused other than reasonable inspection or fitting;
undamaged;
unaltered;
free from stains, odors, makeup, hair, damage or signs of wear;
and returned with all original tags, accessories, packaging and components.
Before sending a return, the customer must contact CUSTOMER CARE and follow the return instructions provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PROJECT GLAUS may refuse unauthorised returns.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless PROJECT GLAUS is legally required to pay it.
The customer bears responsibility for the returned parcel until it is received by PROJECT GLAUS to the extent permitted by applicable law.
PROJECT GLAUS recommends using a trackable return service.
PROJECT GLAUS may refuse a return or reduce the refund, where permitted by law, if the product has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics or fit or if its value has otherwise been diminished.
PROJECT GLAUS does not guarantee direct exchanges.
Where an exchange cannot or will not be processed, the customer may be required to return the original item and place a new order.
18. REFUNDS
Returns are subject to inspection.
A refund will not be considered approved until the returned products have been received and their condition reviewed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
PROJECT GLAUS may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until sufficient evidence of return has been provided where permitted by law.
Approved refunds will ordinarily be made using the original payment method.
A different refund method may be used only where permitted by law and, where required, agreed with the customer.
Payment-provider processing times are outside PROJECT GLAUS' direct control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the following are non-refundable:
original shipping charges;
express or upgraded delivery charges;
return shipping charges;
customs duties;
import taxes;
carrier fees;
and other non-recoverable third-party charges.
Where applicable law requires reimbursement of standard outbound delivery charges, PROJECT GLAUS will comply with that requirement.
19. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Customers who believe they have received a damaged, defective, materially non-conforming or incorrect product should contact CUSTOMER CARE as soon as reasonably possible.
PROJECT GLAUS may request information reasonably necessary to review the claim, including:
the order number;
photographs or video of the product;
photographs of packaging;
shipping labels;
and a description of the issue.
A customer should not send the product back until return instructions are provided where this is reasonably requested by PROJECT GLAUS.
Where a claim is valid, PROJECT GLAUS may provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, refund, price reduction or another appropriate solution.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.
20. MYSTERY BOXES
PROJECT GLAUS Mystery Boxes intentionally contain undisclosed combinations of products.
Depending on the product description, contents may include garments, accessories, collectible pieces, archive pieces, limited products, unreleased products or other PROJECT GLAUS items.
By purchasing a Mystery Box, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the exact contents are intentionally unknown at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly guaranteed on the relevant product page, PROJECT GLAUS does not guarantee any particular product, design, color, category, collection or item.
Personal preference or disappointment with the specific selection does not itself mean that the Mystery Box is defective, incorrect or not as described.
Where a Mystery Box is legally eligible for return, it must be returned as a complete set.
All garments, accessories, collectible pieces, promotional products and optional add-ons originally included must be returned.
Individual items may not be selectively returned or exchanged except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Where permitted by law, PROJECT GLAUS may refuse or reduce a refund for incomplete Mystery Box returns or where returned contents have been used, worn, damaged, washed, altered or otherwise diminished in value.
21. SALE, PROMOTIONAL & FINAL SALE PRODUCTS
Where permitted by applicable law, products expressly marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for voluntary cancellation, return or exchange.
Products may be designated FINAL SALE on the product page or at checkout.
A discounted price alone does not remove any mandatory consumer right that applies under applicable law.
Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
PROJECT GLAUS may withdraw, modify or cancel a promotion before an order has been accepted.
PROJECT GLAUS may cancel transactions involving fraudulent use, duplication, manipulation or abuse of promotional offers.
22. ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS
The Site may occasionally contain genuine typographical, pricing, availability, technical or product-information errors.
PROJECT GLAUS reserves the right to correct such errors at any time.
Where an obvious or material error affects an order, PROJECT GLAUS may, where permitted by law:
correct the information;
contact the customer;
offer fulfilment on the corrected terms;
or cancel the affected product or order.
PROJECT GLAUS is not required to honour an obviously incorrect price where applicable law permits cancellation.
Where PROJECT GLAUS cancels an affected item after receiving payment, the amount paid for that cancelled item will be refunded.

The Site may rely on or provide access to third-party technology, payment services, shipping services, social platforms or other external services.
PROJECT GLAUS does not control independent third parties.
Third-party services may be provided subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

25. SUBMISSIONS, IDEAS & FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily submit unsolicited ideas, suggestions, feedback, concepts or other non-confidential material to PROJECT GLAUS, you acknowledge that PROJECT GLAUS is under no obligation to treat such material as confidential unless expressly agreed in writing beforehand.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PROJECT GLAUS may use general feedback and suggestions submitted concerning the Site, products or services without compensation or obligation to the submitting party.
This section does not transfer ownership of content where such transfer would require a separate written agreement under applicable law and does not apply to personal data, which is handled under our Privacy Policy.
26. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Access to the Site does not transfer any intellectual-property rights to the user.
Except where permitted by applicable law, Site content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, displayed, sold, licensed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.
27. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information submitted through the Site is processed in accordance with the PROJECT GLAUS PRIVACY POLICY.
Information concerning cookies and similar technologies is provided in the PROJECT GLAUS COOKIE POLICY.
28. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
PROJECT GLAUS may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue all or part of the Site or any functionality without notice where reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site.
Maintenance, technical problems, third-party outages, security incidents or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.
29. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

PROJECT GLAUS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT EVERY TECHNICAL ERROR OR INTERRUPTION WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL WARRANTIES RELATING SOLELY TO OPERATION OF THE SITE THAT MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED ARE DISCLAIMED.
NOTHING IN THIS SECTION EXCLUDES ANY MANDATORY WARRANTY, STATUTORY GUARANTEE OR CONSUMER RIGHT RELATING TO PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH THE SITE.
30. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THIS INCLUDES, WHERE LAWFULLY EXCLUDABLE, LOSS OF:

REVENUE;

GOODWILL;
ANTICIPATED SAVINGS;
OR DATA.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHERE PROJECT GLAUS IS FOUND LIABLE IN CONNECTION WITH A PARTICULAR ORDER AND LIABILITY MAY LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, PROJECT GLAUS' AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THAT ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO PROJECT GLAUS FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THE ABOVE CAP DOES NOT APPLY WHERE SUCH A LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury where caused by liability that cannot legally be excluded, or any other liability which applicable law prohibits PROJECT GLAUS from excluding or limiting.
31. INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold PROJECT GLAUS, its owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and service providers harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising directly from:
your unlawful use of the Site;
your fraudulent conduct;
your infringement of another person's intellectual-property or other legal rights;
or your material breach of these Terms.
This indemnification provision applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.
32. FORCE MAJEURE
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PROJECT GLAUS will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include:
natural disasters;
extreme weather;
war or civil unrest;
terrorism;
government action;
sanctions or trade restrictions;
border closures;
customs disruption;
strikes;
carrier interruption;
production interruption;
material shortages;
supply-chain failures;
epidemics or pandemics;
power, telecommunications or infrastructure failures;
and similar events outside our reasonable control.
PROJECT GLAUS may suspend or delay performance for the duration of such circumstances and take other reasonable action permitted by applicable law.
33. TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective while you use the Site or maintain obligations arising from an order.
PROJECT GLAUS may suspend or terminate access to the Site where we reasonably believe you have materially violated these Terms, committed fraud or misuse, or created a security or legal risk.
Termination does not affect rights, obligations, payments or liabilities arising before termination.
Provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination shall continue to apply.
34. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms where such restriction is permitted by applicable law without prior written consent from PROJECT GLAUS.
PROJECT GLAUS may transfer or assign its rights and obligations in connection with a sale, restructuring, merger, transfer of business or similar transaction, subject to applicable law and without reducing mandatory consumer protections.
35. NO WAIVER
Failure or delay by PROJECT GLAUS in exercising any contractual or legal right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
A waiver relating to one breach or circumstance does not constitute a waiver relating to any subsequent breach or circumstance.
Any waiver must be express where required by applicable law.
36. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the maximum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable where legally possible.
If that is not possible, the affected provision will be severed.
The remaining provisions will remain in force to the fullest extent permitted by law.
37. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with all policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing access to the Site and purchases made through the PROJECT GLAUS online store.
They supersede prior versions, representations and understandings concerning the same subject matter, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or another matter which cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms and transactions made through the Site are governed by the laws of Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you are a consumer residing in another jurisdiction, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be waived under the law otherwise applicable to you.
39. JURISDICTION

Such variations are part of the intended character of these products and do not constitute defects where they are consistent with the product description and intended design.
Product availability is not guaranteed.
PROJECT GLAUS may modify, discontinue, restrict or withdraw products at any time, subject to accepted orders and applicable law.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information before placing an order, including sizing, measurements, fit, materials, color, product status, shipping information and, where applicable, pre-order conditions.
Sizing recommendations are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee of fit.
Where garment measurements are provided, minor production tolerances may occur.
PROJECT GLAUS reserves the right to correct genuine errors, omissions or inaccuracies in product information.
5. PRICES
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Site.
PROJECT GLAUS may change prices at any time before an order is accepted.
A price displayed on the Site does not obligate PROJECT GLAUS to accept an order where the price is clearly or materially incorrect due to a typographical, technical, administrative or other obvious error.
Shipping costs are displayed separately where applicable.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and other destination-country fees are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. ORDER SUBMISSION & ACCEPTANCE

a pricing, stock, technical or product-information error has occurred;
fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected;

a promotion has been abused;
shipping to the requested destination is unavailable, prohibited or commercially impracticable;

If PROJECT GLAUS cancels an order after payment has been collected, amounts payable back to the customer will be refunded subject to applicable law and any legitimately non-refundable amounts.

Orders reasonably believed to circumvent such limits may be cancelled.

10. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers are encouraged to contact CUSTOMER CARE before initiating a payment dispute so that any issue can be reviewed.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising any legitimate chargeback, payment-dispute or statutory right available under applicable law.
However, PROJECT GLAUS reserves the right to challenge fraudulent, abusive or materially false payment disputes and to provide relevant transaction, delivery and customer-communication records to payment providers, banks or competent authorities.
Accounts associated with confirmed fraud or abusive payment activity may be restricted from future purchases where permitted by law.
11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been accepted or entered processing, cancellation is not guaranteed.
PROJECT GLAUS may refuse a voluntary cancellation request where an order has entered production, been allocated, prepared, packed, dispatched or otherwise resulted in non-recoverable costs.
Cancellation requests must be submitted to CUSTOMER CARE as soon as possible.
No cancellation is effective until expressly confirmed by PROJECT GLAUS.
Nothing in this section restricts a cancellation or withdrawal right that applies mandatorily under applicable law.
12. PRE-ORDERS — FINAL SALE
Products identified as PRE-ORDER are offered before they are available for immediate dispatch and may be manufactured, ordered, reserved or allocated in reliance on confirmed customer demand.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot voluntarily be cancelled, modified, returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, measurements, sizing, estimated dispatch times and all other relevant information before placing a pre-order.
Estimated production and dispatch dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Production schedules may change due to manufacturing, materials, supply-chain, quality-control, logistics, customs, carrier or other circumstances.
A delay in production or dispatch does not automatically entitle the customer to cancellation, compensation or refund except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

13. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.
PROJECT GLAUS does not guarantee carrier delivery dates.
Delivery may be affected by customs processing, local authorities, carrier operations, weather, strikes, border restrictions, security procedures and other events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate and deliverable shipping information.
PROJECT GLAUS is not responsible, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for losses, delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
14. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and taking reasonable action required to receive their order.
This may include communicating with the carrier, customs authority or local delivery provider and providing information required for customs clearance.
Failure to monitor a shipment or respond to reasonable delivery requirements may result in the parcel being returned or otherwise treated as undeliverable.
15. UNDELIVERABLE, UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Where a shipment is returned or cannot be delivered because of:
an incorrect or incomplete address;
customer refusal;
failure to collect the parcel;
failure to respond to the carrier;
failure to provide required customs information;
unpaid import duties, taxes or customs charges;
or another circumstance reasonably attributable to the recipient,
the original shipping charge will be non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
PROJECT GLAUS may deduct from any refund all reasonable and actually incurred:
return shipping costs;
carrier fees;
storage charges;
customs costs;
duties and taxes;
and other non-refundable costs resulting from the failed delivery,
to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Re-shipment is not automatic.
Where re-shipment is offered, PROJECT GLAUS may require payment of all additional shipping and related costs before dispatch.
16. DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority or carrier.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Where applicable, they are the recipient's responsibility.
PROJECT GLAUS does not determine or control such charges and cannot predict or guarantee their amount.
Customers are responsible for understanding the import requirements applicable to their destination.
Failure or refusal to pay customs charges does not by itself constitute cancellation of the order.
If a parcel is returned as a result, PROJECT GLAUS may deduct all permitted non-refundable shipping, carrier, customs and related costs from any refund.
17. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Except for FINAL SALE products and except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, PROJECT GLAUS voluntarily accepts eligible return requests submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must be:
unworn;
unwashed;
unused other than reasonable inspection or fitting;
undamaged;
unaltered;
free from stains, odors, makeup, hair, damage or signs of wear;
and returned with all original tags, accessories, packaging and components.
Before sending a return, the customer must contact CUSTOMER CARE and follow the return instructions provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PROJECT GLAUS may refuse unauthorised returns.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless PROJECT GLAUS is legally required to pay it.
The customer bears responsibility for the returned parcel until it is received by PROJECT GLAUS to the extent permitted by applicable law.
PROJECT GLAUS recommends using a trackable return service.
PROJECT GLAUS may refuse a return or reduce the refund, where permitted by law, if the product has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics or fit or if its value has otherwise been diminished.
PROJECT GLAUS does not guarantee direct exchanges.
Where an exchange cannot or will not be processed, the customer may be required to return the original item and place a new order.
18. REFUNDS
Returns are subject to inspection.
A refund will not be considered approved until the returned products have been received and their condition reviewed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
PROJECT GLAUS may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until sufficient evidence of return has been provided where permitted by law.
Approved refunds will ordinarily be made using the original payment method.
A different refund method may be used only where permitted by law and, where required, agreed with the customer.
Payment-provider processing times are outside PROJECT GLAUS' direct control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the following are non-refundable:
original shipping charges;
express or upgraded delivery charges;
return shipping charges;
customs duties;
import taxes;
carrier fees;
and other non-recoverable third-party charges.
Where applicable law requires reimbursement of standard outbound delivery charges, PROJECT GLAUS will comply with that requirement.
19. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Customers who believe they have received a damaged, defective, materially non-conforming or incorrect product should contact CUSTOMER CARE as soon as reasonably possible.
PROJECT GLAUS may request information reasonably necessary to review the claim, including:
the order number;
photographs or video of the product;
photographs of packaging;
shipping labels;
and a description of the issue.
A customer should not send the product back until return instructions are provided where this is reasonably requested by PROJECT GLAUS.
Where a claim is valid, PROJECT GLAUS may provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, refund, price reduction or another appropriate solution.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.
20. MYSTERY BOXES
PROJECT GLAUS Mystery Boxes intentionally contain undisclosed combinations of products.
Depending on the product description, contents may include garments, accessories, collectible pieces, archive pieces, limited products, unreleased products or other PROJECT GLAUS items.
By purchasing a Mystery Box, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the exact contents are intentionally unknown at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly guaranteed on the relevant product page, PROJECT GLAUS does not guarantee any particular product, design, color, category, collection or item.
Personal preference or disappointment with the specific selection does not itself mean that the Mystery Box is defective, incorrect or not as described.
Where a Mystery Box is legally eligible for return, it must be returned as a complete set.
All garments, accessories, collectible pieces, promotional products and optional add-ons originally included must be returned.
Individual items may not be selectively returned or exchanged except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Where permitted by law, PROJECT GLAUS may refuse or reduce a refund for incomplete Mystery Box returns or where returned contents have been used, worn, damaged, washed, altered or otherwise diminished in value.

31. INDEMNIFICATION

PROJECT GLAUS may suspend or delay performance for the duration of such circumstances and take other reasonable action permitted by applicable law.
33. TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective while you use the Site or maintain obligations arising from an order.
PROJECT GLAUS may suspend or terminate access to the Site where we reasonably believe you have materially violated these Terms, committed fraud or misuse, or created a security or legal risk.
Termination does not affect rights, obligations, payments or liabilities arising before termination.
Provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination shall continue to apply.

If that is not possible, the affected provision will be severed.
The remaining provisions will remain in force to the fullest extent permitted by law.
37. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with all policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing access to the Site and purchases made through the PROJECT GLAUS online store.
They supersede prior versions, representations and understandings concerning the same subject matter, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or another matter which cannot lawfully be excluded.
38. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and transactions made through the Site are governed by the laws of Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you are a consumer residing in another jurisdiction, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be waived under the law otherwise applicable to you.
39. JURISDICTION
Subject to mandatory applicable consumer law, disputes arising from these Terms, the Site or purchases made through PROJECT GLAUS shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Russian Federation
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in another court where applicable mandatory law grants that right.

The current version will be published on projectglaus.com together with its effective or last-updated date.
Changes generally apply prospectively from publication.
The Terms applicable to an individual order will ordinarily be those in effect when the relevant contract was formed unless a later change is required by law or expressly agreed.
Continued use of the Site after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms governing future use of the Site to the extent permitted by applicable law.
